DARREN CHITTICK

Darren Chittick loves to teach, and there are few skills he's learned that he hasn't ended up teaching at some point. Martial arts, meditation, bushcrafting, foraging, printmaking... it's a ridiculous list, and Darren is glad to add ceramics to it.

Darren studied handbuilding under Noelle Hoover of Single-tooth Productions. He studied wheel throwing with Chris Deprez. Instagram, YouTube, and the community of potters at Fountain Square Clay Center have offered supplementary skills improvement.

Darren lives on the near Eastside of Indianapolis in the midst of his poorly manicured lawn and weedy garden. He's glad to share that homestead with his husband Frank and their dog Boss.
